USE:
They are used to control two motors or any other electrical equipment, separately, that is, never both at the same time. They are also known as “one-input, two-output switches” or “two-input, one-output switches”.

This type of switch is normally used where two engines or other equipment must not operate simultaneously. For example, we can enter the switch with the electricity utility line and with a line coming from a generator, to power equipment in general, simply by activating the generator and changing the position of the switch handle in the event of a power outage from the utility company. the system is powered by the generator.

APPLICATION:
All situations in which an electric switch turns on/off 2 engines, but always one at a time, that is, when one of the engines is turned on, the other is necessarily turned off.
