An ammeter is an instrument used to measure the intensity of the flow of electrical current passing through
through the cross section of a conductor. It is nothing more than a galvanometer adapted to measure currents.
full scale current greater than its galvanometer full scale current (IGM). The scale can be easily
changed without opening the front frame, meaning that the class is not influenced. They are robust and high precision.
They have a damping system which prevents heavy shocks at the end of scale.
